Group 1: keen canoeists!

We had a fantastic day paddling our canoes along the canal. It was challenging to get the canoes off the trailer but we worked together as a team and then we were off. It was difficult to work together but we got the hang of it in the end and all finished with smiles on our faces. We stopped off for lunch and enjoyed the carrot cakes and even had our first taste of Welsh cakes.

Group 2: monkeying around!

Today it was our turn to hit the high ropes, the zip wire and the climbing wall. We found it tricky at first but we all challenged ourselves and tried our best. It was great to hear lots of words of encouragement from our friends. The zip wire was amazing because it felt like we were flying.

Group 3: cracking caves!

We started our day by preparing for  adventures in the cave: putting on caving suits and getting our helmets fitted. When we arrived, we did a long walk and took in the amazing views. They were truly spectacular and for a while, we didn't believe they were real. Once at the caves, we enjoyed exploring and some of us even took on a bonus challenge!

Group 4: conquering the caves!

We climbed, crawled and squeezed our ways through some very narrow passages today! Some of us found it really challenging but we all had fun and tried our best. We really worked on our teamwork skills as we had to help each other and support each other in order to make us all to feel successful and ensure that no one got left behind.
