Welcome to Starlings

Starlings may be small, but they come together to fly in the most incredible formations. In this way, our class will embrace children from many different backgrounds and stages in learning, together we will soar through this exciting term.
In Starlings, we think about our learning behavior and consider our choices carefully. We learn from our mistakes and support each other. We collect house points and marbles for making the right choices and together we have chosen our rewards:
150 marbles
300 marbles
450 marbles
600 marbles
Extra Playtime
Movie and popcorn afternoon
Treasure Hunt
Waterplay
We look forward to sharing our learning with you so come back to this page to find our home learning, photos and other exciting news throughout the year.

OUR CLASS BOOK
The Wild Robot Escapes by Peter Brown is the exciting sequel to The Wild Robot. It follows Roz, a kind and clever robot, who has been taken from her wild island home and placed on a farm. There, she must hide her true identity while working for humans and caring for animals. But Roz never stops dreaming of returning to the island and reuniting with her son, Brightbill. This heartwarming and adventurous story explores friendship, freedom, and what it truly means to belong.
