After School Club

We really pleased to say that we are able to start after school club including after school childcare at St Mary’s this year. We know there are many people who would like to be able to work more flexibly later in the day and pick up their children later in the evening. We also know that we have lots of children who really want to do some more fun activities with their friends after the school day has finished.

After school club will run every evening of term time and have 2 parts.

Part 1 – Activity time ONLY, from 3.15 - 4.30pm.
• Each night there will be a different activity run by a member of school staff.
• These activities will change each half term.
• Not all activities will be for all children, but everyone will get a chance over the year.
• The children will also get a drink and a piece of fruit during activity time
• Each session will cost £5.00 per child per session.

Part 2 – Activity Time and Childcare Time, from 3.15 - 5.45pm
• After activity time, children requiring childcare will have a range of activities and opportunity to complete homework and have a light snack before their parent picks them up.
• The combined session 3.15-5.45pm will cost £10 per child per session
• Children not taking part in the activity but requiring childcare, will have alternative things to keep busy with.

Booking sessions:
• All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance and no later than the FRIDAY of the week before the sessions are required.
• Any sessions not paid for, will mean a child cannot attend the club and must be collected as normal from school.
• Late bookings, for emergency situations can be made by agreement with the school. But there will be a discretionary £3.00 per child additional charge made for such bookings.
• All bookings must be made on an official booking form and all pupil details must be up to date at all times.

Details of registration and booking can be found using the buttons below.
