We Love Reading!

This week Year 3 and 4 have been celebrating World Book Day by discussing and sharing our love for books. In English, we have been looking at Planet Omar: Operation Kind. We have been practicing how to make our own characters interesting to the reader using Zanib Mian's ideas. In History, we have been finding out what homes were like in the Stone Age and in Science we have been making our very own soil shakes! 

Finally, we loved seeing you all dressed up as your favourite character on Thursday and seeing all the strange places you read. Mrs Lee and Mrs Smith have been very impressed with the efforts that you all have made to engage with the World Book Day activities this week. 

Most importantly... WE CAN'T WAIT TO WELCOME YOU BACK TO SCHOOL ON MONDAY!!!
