It’s Bean a good week in Cuckoos

The Bodicote Bears have been embracing all the recent sport and are very excited about the match on Sunday. Paddington will be steeping away from the window so that he can watch the game!

Meanwhile, Cuckoos have been very busy working in the school grounds to save exhausted bumble bees by feeding them sugar solution and looking after their rapidly growing runner bean plants. They have written very detailed diaries in Science and English which chart the growth of their beans and show how they have changed week by week. They have also been enjoying Art recently and have been experimenting with different types of paint and drawing tools to create some wonderful pictures of sunflowers. We are all looking forward to Sports Day next week and have enjoyed practising for all the different events.
