Cuckoo Class This Week

​Cuckoo Class has had another exceptionally busy but very enjoyable week. We have come to the end of our work on the census in Maths and are half way through our non-chronological reports about Florence Nightingale. We showed real endurance to complete a 300 piece jigsaw puzzle about the human body- we had been working on it, whenever we had a few moments spare, since the first day of term. It was a great team effort.

We have  been working on our pencil skills in art, looking at how we can use lines, dots and shading to complete a Florence Nightingale portrait.


And then there was Red Nose Day with a special visit from Paddington and both Aunts! A super week.
