Busy, Busy, Busy!

Kingfishers have enjoyed their science topic on animals. They have researched, labelled and classified. We have been really impressed with the work you have produced.

We have been really pleased with your engagement in reading and writing. Bobby has produced a great poster about staying safe on line. Summer and Aidan have produced some lovely Tales Toolkit stories in time for world book day. Summer has been working on her rhyming too.

Patrick and Aidan have been sharing a story together, talking about what they can see and sharing ideas. 

Matilde has had a go at labeling her picture of Elsa and tried really hard with her letter formation.

 We continue to investigate numbers and shape. Matilde and Thierry looked at shape in a practical way. Zidan worked on shape in this great video.

​Munesu has been investigating number bonds using dominoes, numicon and a part whole template.

Connor, Matilde and Chloe have been working on capacity in the mud kitchen.

 The children in school have enjoyed using the Doctors Role Play. There has been great discussion about illness and who can help us when we are feeling poorly. 

Abdul and Zayan have enjoyed working together this week. Having fun creating an areoplane and a dinosaur using the junk modelling resources. They looked really closely at shapes and pattern to achieve exactly the outcome they wanted.

Connor and Thierry have been looking at colour, inspired the rainbows they noticed from the window film.

We have enjoyed being outside this week. The weather has been wonderful and we have been planting with Miss Forest and looking at signs of spring.
