Amazing Kingfishers

It’s been another busy week for Kingfishers. We have been working on our mathematics skills representing values in lots of different ways. We have had lots of fun using stem sentences to help us explain our mathematical thinking. 

​We have also been busy developing our drawing skills creating self-portraits. We have looked closely at our individual features and linked them to shapes that we know to help develop our sketching skills.  After another warm week, we have thoroughly enjoyed watching how our solar panel water fountains work along with closely observing how our beautiful surroundings are slowly changing from season to season.
