At St Mary’s we are proud of our brilliant kitchen team led by Lorraine and supported by Rosie. They work every day to bring our children healthy and nutritious food and the children love their time with them too.

Lorraine, Catering Manager, works with the children to review what they like on the menu and write a new one, which we send home. She also been sources what she knows is the best ingredients and makes sure that we are giving the children what they want but also of the highest quality.

Each meal is £2.50 a day. Children in Reception, Y1 and Y2 get universal free school meals and other year groups may be entitled to free school meals based on benefits your family receives. If you think you might qualify, please speak to the office (please do this even if you are in Reception, Y1 or Y2 since we receive extra general school funding based on the number of FSM children we have in school).
