Welcome to Wrens

We are the Wonderful Wrens! We are a hardworking, kind and caring class and we cannot wait to start our learning adventure in Year 4.

In Year 4, we try very hard to make the correct learning and behaviour choices. We collect house points and marbles when we demonstrate our school values. As a class, we have decided what we want our rewards to be. Take a look at what we are aiming for!
150 marbles
300 marbles
450 marbles
600 marbles
15 minutes playtime
Bring in a toy and play
Pyjamas, pizza and film afternoon
Sports and picnic afternoon
We look forward to sharing our learning with you so come back to this page to find photos and other exciting news throughout the year.
Our Teacher - Miss Higginbottom

Hello I am Miss Higginbottom and I am so excited to be teaching Year 4  again this year!
Before coming to St. Mary's, I studied Primary Education with QTS at Canterbury Christ Church University and graduated in 2020.
In my free time, I love watching sunsets and sunrises with my friends and family whilst exploring new places!

OUR CLASS BOOK
The Last Bear

Surprisingly, April encounters a real polar bear on the island when nobody else is around. Isolated from his family, the bear is starving and alone, with nobody to help him. Over time, a friendship develops and April becomes more determined than ever to save the bear.
