Kingfishers-Nature Walk

​This week, Kingfishers went on a sound hunt to listen carefully to the sounds of nature. We walked quietly through our outdoor area and used our listening ears to notice what we could hear — birds singing, leaves rustling, and bees buzzing nearby.
After our walk, we shared what we had heard and how it made us feel. We also wrote about the things in nature that we are thankful for. Kingfishers showed real awe and wonder as they tuned in to the life all around them. It was a lovely opportunity to slow down, be mindful, and feel connected to nature.
